Become a Referral Partner and Earn! We are constantly looking for new candidates and employers and will be happy to reward anyone who recommends our services.

 

Candidate Referrals:

If you recommend a friend, or colleague to www.employmentjamaica.com, who is not already registered with us and they are placed in a job, you will receive US$25.00. Payment will be issued after your referral completes one month of employment.

 

Employer Referrals:

If you refer a Local Employer, who is actively recruiting, to post their job vacancies, or search resumes on www.employmentjamaica.com, you will receive 30% commission on Job Posting, or Resume Search Plans purchased by Employer. Payment will be issued within 14 days after E-JAM receives payment from Employer.

 

If you refer an Overseas Employer to E-JAM, who is actively recruiting seasonal workers from Jamaica, you will receive US$40.00 per worker.  Payment will be issued once workers arrived at the job location.

Submit your referrals by providing information on the Referral Form. Please let the individuals know in advance that you are referring their names. Upon receipt of your referral, we shall notify the contact person. If your referral is successful we will contact you regarding payment arrangements. Do not contact an employer regarding payments for referrals. Payments are done only through E-JAM's office.
