Application Procedures

If you are interested in working overseas, please do the following:

Fully complete our online Registration process.

After you have completed the form, you will have an opportunity to upload your resume and photograph. You also have the option to upload a video photograph.

Please fill out the forms carefully, by doing so will help us to find you easier when searching our database for someone with your skills and experiences.

Once you are registered, you will be notified when jobs become available that fit your skills and experiences; you will be contacted either by email, or by telephone. Jobs will also be posted on the website, followed by email alerts to all persons that fit the job description. Employers also have the options to search our database and therefore may contact you direct.

Once you have been contacted, if you are qualified and interested in applying for the position your resume will be forwarded to the employer for reviewing and possibly an interview. If an interview is arranged you will be required to sign E-JAM’s Terms and Conditions prior to the interview date. In most cases interviews with Employers are held by Skype at our office in Ocho Rios.

If you have been offered a job the following documents will be required in order to start the visa processing:

  • E-JAM's signed Application Form including Terms and Conditions
  • An updated typed resume
  • Copy of a valid passport
  • Copies of Certificates
  • Two references on company's letterhead; or, any favorable reference that will assist us in making a hiring decision
  • Three (3) Passport size photographs (Please be sure to smile when taking your photograph)
  • Police Report
  • Proof of Medical CHeck

Your application will be completed once we have received all the required documentation and verify that the information provided is correct. Applications will not be considered if there is missing paperwork.

Please Not: We do not charge Placement Fees to Jobseekers for US-H2B jobs, or jobs in Canada. In some instances employers will also pay air fair. You will be advised of any; or all charges upon applying for a job.
