E-JAM (Employment Jamaica) is an experienced employment agency located in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.  We are licensed by the Ministry of Labor to recruit workers for local and overseas employment.

2012 is a very exciting year for E-JAM as we celebrate our seventh year; the year starts with a revised website, giving us a fresh look for the New Year.  We are making changes to better serve our Employers and Jobseekers.  Our interactive company structure is designed to provide the most cost effective online recruitment advertising and resume database searching available.  Also, to assure that customer care is at the highest standard at all times.  

E-JAM’s user-friendly database platform coupled with our dedicated customer support enables jobseekers to display their skills more effectively and allows our recruiters to source, screen, and select great talent.   We boast an extensive database of qualified and experienced employees in all work categories.  As part of our recruitment campaign, we will be improving the use of social media to target “passive” candidates.
